Vendor Registration Form

Our community is ready for handmade crafts!  Contact us via email or phone to request vendor registration form or use link below for a 10 foot by 10 foot space, $50.  Venue is concrete parking/driveways adjacent to concurrent school Halloween Festival on Sunday, October 27. This annual family festival usually draws about 1,000 guests.  Vendor must provide own set up. Proof of liability insurance required. Family friendly items and decorations only.
