Our Mission

The mission of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is to instill faith in God, build disciples of Christ, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Our Philosophy

We believe that the education of each child is a partnership between family and school. We are a faith-based learning environment in which we strive to educate children according to their unique God-given gifts. At Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, education means caring for the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.
 

Our History

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School opened in 1964 as there was a need for Catholic education south of Houston. The Sisters of Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacraments served in many of the first teaching positions. The school marked its 25th Anniversary in 1989 and its 50th anniversary in 2014.
