Mrs. Carr served in various volunteer roles when her children attended our school and continued doing so until she became our Administrative Assistant in 2020.  She brings over 35 years of experience in education and education administration to Lourdes School.  She holds both a Master of Science in College Teaching and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.  Her love of learning and children coupled with a strong commitment to Catholic education blesses our school administration each day.

A lifetime Galveston County resident, Mrs. Carr has lived in Hitchcock and has been a Lourdes parishioner for over 40 years. Four of her grandchildren attend our school and she delights in serving the needs of all our student families.  When not serving in parish ministries, she enjoys time with her family, crocheting, watching cooking shows and trying out new recipes.
