On January 15, 2022, a team that consisted of the Pastor, Principal, Teacher, Board Members, Community Members, and Parishioners came together to develop the foundation of a five-year strategic plan for our school. The meeting started with group collaboration to discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (S.W.O.T.) of our school with some common themes in each category.

The strengths included three common themes that included:

1. A healthy student-to-teacher ratio that allows for a close family-like learning environment that allows for successful implementation of a rigorous curriculum and collaboration amongst grade levels fostering an environment of lifelong learning. 

2. Dedicated staff to teach the students, but they also receive parish support to provide a safe and secure learning environment that demonstrates Christian values in action. 

3. Our school promotes & teaches Christian values and patriotism for our nation, which is becoming less of a focus in the public school systems or nonexistent at all.
